Front Desk was created to provide professional reception services.

We have the best trained staff. We are experienced and willing to develop. By working closely with professional trainers we can help our Clients improve their service standards. For our Clients we have specialized teams consisting of receptionists, supervisors and trainers. We have experience gained in reputable companies providing services to large enterprises and institutions.

We are focused on fulfilling the expectations of our Customers so some of ‘the concierge’ services are in our proposal.

Our receptionists

  • trained by hotel receptionists, are up to date
  • speak at least one foreign language - English and another, according to Customer's expectations
  • are suitably dressed - uniforms can be adjusted according to Client's requirements
  • are equipped according to needs (computer, tablet, telephone, etc)

SERVICES


  • basic package: active guest welcome, registration, guidance, handling phone calls, correspondence, courier services, cooperation with other services, office equipment operating etc.
  • management of reception staff and daily supervision of their work
  • reservation of restaurant table, tickets to movies, theatre spectacles, operas or sports events
  • ordering of food, office supplies, taxi
  • searching air, railway or bus connections
